I’ve been collecting all those official looking documents that you need to do your taxes and one was a 1099 from Amazon Digital Services for what I made on the sale of my e-book Fun to Sell, Easy to Buy. What I earned isn’t enough to retire on by any means. It fact, it reminded me that I don’t do much to promote it and that I hadn’t mentioned it on this site.
I like to write and write a lot but this book was by far the most ambitious project I have ever undertaken. You can get a good feel for the “4 P’s ” approach to selling a home by clicking on the “Buying a Home” tab above but if want to take a deeper dive into how things work in the post-recession home market you might what to check it out. Before you decide to invest the equivalent of the cost of a Big Bag lunch at Hardees, you can read a sample chapter on Amazon or on the book’s website, FunToSellEasytoBuy.com
If everybody that was going to sell a home wanted to dig this deep, I could retire and live on the royalties but I think it does give anyone who does read it an advantage in a very competitive marketplace.
Occasionally, I’ll go back and sample a chapter and it surprises me how good it is. How’s that for a recommendation?
This is a Kindle book but with the right free app it can be read on just about any device.
